Review

What a fun time Steve and I had on our date last night! We had Indian food (yum!) then visited a pet store and petted the kitties which were up for adoption. We didn't even take one home, how about that! Then we spent time at Barnes & Noble bookstore. One of our favorite hangouts. Afterward we went to "Cork". It's a new wine bar. They have about a hundred wines to choose from, and live music. We sat outside near the fire pit. It was so nice and cozy. I had a wine from Oregon and Steve had a Chilean Red Wine which he loved. Just one glass each, nothing over the top.

Seems like a lot of this past week has been focused on our pets. Chloe spent a lot of time catching a lizard and a salamander. This poor lizard was so traumatized from all of the handling that it just stayed on Shelly's back when Chloe put it there. Shelly didn't seem to mind. She was loving being outsite.

Occasionally the boys decide it's hilarious to chase Gray around the house. He's so laid back that he usually just trots away until they get really carried away. This is how far he had to go to find some peace and quiet Saturday morning. The top of the kitchen cabinets.

On a brighter, more peaceful side, the elusive, reclusive, rarely seen Dusty has been feeling more confident about being around the whole family during the day. Chloe took this photo of him during a rare moment of him not running away from her.

Beck kept himself busy this week building Bionicles, from Lego. The boys have loved these Bionicle toys. I've even been reading a Bionicle book to Beck in the evenings. These toys can be taken apart and rearranged. If you purchase all of the characters in a given set, you can put them together to create one large special Bionicle.

We love our Legos!

Just a little weekly review. What did you do last week?

Webkinz Visit Sleepyhead

Chloe and I made this slide show one day when Spike was fast asleep. He didn't move a muscle as she placed her Webkinz, one after another, on top of him. Sorry it's a bit slow, it's the fastest I could get it to go. Enjoy!
