Nathan's Initiation into the Youth Group at Church began this morning at 7:30. He was surprised by a knock on the door. When he opened it there were about 10 kids and Kouba, the youth minister (far left above). Kouba said, "Nathan!" and Nathan replied, "Who are you people?" Of course he knew some of them. They told him he was being kidnapped and in they came and blindfolded him and took him away.
I don't know who this young girl is, but she actually picked Nathan up and carried him into the van. I thought that was hilarious! He went right along with everything and had a great time. They did a trust exercise at the Parks' house and were told to fall into the arms of the person behind them. Little did they know they were standing in front of the swimming pool. It was all good fun. They ended the morning with breakfast at IHOP.
Many fun years are ahead of him!
